1. Service Scope & Estimates

All quotes provided by ALLCAPS CONCRETE are preliminary estimates subject to physical site inspection. Site grading, utility lines, tree roots, and sub-base instability may require revisions to scope, timeline, or material expense before the pouring phase.

2. Site Access & Preparation

Clients must ensure unimpeded access to the job site for cement trucks, skid steers, and equipment. Underground sprinklers, private electrical cables, or septic systems not identified by Alabama 811 utility markings must be documented by the homeowner prior to excavation.

3. Curing, Weather & Natural Characteristics

Concrete cures organically over a 28-day window. While ALLCAPS CONCRETE implements best-practice control joints, surface sealing, and base compaction, small hairline fissures can develop due to soil movement and thermal shifts and do not constitute structural flaws.

4. Payment Terms & Warranties

Payment milestone schedules are outlined inside each individually signed project contract. Final payment is due upon job completion and cleanup.
